Ticket Terms, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

Each ticket admits one person and is valid only for the date indicated on the ticket. Guests must have their hand stamped for re-entry. Unless otherwise specifically stated, other coupons, discounts, or special offers may not be combined with this ticket.

This ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn, admission refused, or the ticket holder removed from the Festival without compensation if, in management’s discretion, the holder acts in a disorderly or unsafe manner or violates Festival rules or regulations. Resale or attempted unauthorized resale may result in seizure or cancellation of the ticket without refund or other compensation.

Rain or Shine / Refunds

Scarborough’s Hollow is a rain-or-shine event. There are no refunds, including for inclement weather, illness, health concerns, personal emergencies, or changes in plans.

Guests who are unable to attend may reschedule their tickets or transfer them to another person in accordance with the rescheduling policy below.

Rescheduling

Tickets are valid only for the date purchased.

Tickets may be exchanged for another available event date at any time before the originally scheduled date or for up to 7 days after that date, subject to availability and any applicable ticketing requirements.

If the Festival Cannot Open

If Scarborough’s Hollow is unable to open due to weather or other conditions, the value of the affected ticket will be credited through the TicketSpice ticketing system. Ticket holders will receive an email with instructions and/or a coupon code that may be redeemed for another available Scarborough’s Hollow date during the 2026 season.

Timed Attractions / Early or Late Arrival

Guests should arrive at their scheduled attraction time for the best experience. If a guest arrives early or late, we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate them based on attraction capacity and line flow; however, admission outside the reserved time is not guaranteed.

Promotional Use

This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion, contests, sweepstakes, or other commercial or trade purposes without the express written consent of Scarborough’s Hollow. Unauthorized use may result in termination of the ticket license.

Photography, Video & Likeness

The ticket holder grants permission to Southwest Festivals, LLC, d/b/a Scarborough’s Hollow, and its authorized agents to use the holder’s image or likeness incidentally in photographs, live or recorded video, broadcasts, transmissions, or other reproductions of the event.

Assumption of Risk

By attending, the ticket holder voluntarily assumes the risks and hazards associated with attendance at the event, including risks arising before, during, or after the event, subject to applicable law.

DUPLICATION IS PROHIBITED.

NO REFUNDS. TICKETS MAY BE RESCHEDULED OR TRANSFERRED SUBJECT TO THE POLICY ABOVE.
