Rescheduling & Refund Policy
The Festival is a “Rain or Shine” event, and there are no refunds, including for inclement weather.

Rescheduling
Tickets are valid only for the date purchased.
Tickets may be exchanged for another date any time before the scheduled date or up to 7 days after.

If the Festival Cannot Open
If the Festival cannot open due to weather or other conditions, your ticket value will be deposited into your TicketSpice account. You will receive an email with a coupon code to redeem for another available Faire date during the 2025 season.

Refunds for Health/Emergencies
We do not offer refunds. Guests may reschedule or transfer tickets to someone else in accordance with the rescheduling policy above.

Early/Late Arrivals (Timed Attractions):
We recommend arriving at your scheduled time for the best experience. If you arrive early or late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you as space and line flow allow, but entry outside your reserved time is not guaranteed.
